Philosophy
My work is shaped by four key premises:
We are creative beings. We can shape our lives and the worlds that we are part of. All of our personal and professional decisions, experiences and initiatives culminate in a lifetime, and weave us into the interconnected tapestry of our shared humanity.
We have infinite potential but a finite time on this earth. Through intentional self-discovery, we can begin to reconcile this paradox by living with deeper awareness and intentionality. Time, rather than a limitation, can then be reframed as a powerful creative constraint that can help us better focus our visions and channel our potential.
We are emergent beings. While some fundamental aspects of us may be enduring, we are ever-changing beings, with emergent curiosities, desires, ideas and insights, as we move through the personal and professional ebbs and flows of life.
We are relational beings. Our lives are deeply interwoven with the people, environments, and systems around us. Relationality is both a mirror and a bridge: it reflects back to us our deepest truths and offers pathways for growth, connection, and co-creation. Through this lens, our personal transformation becomes inseparable from the collective impact we create.
I am passionate about unlocking potential - in people, ideas, and organizations - and thrive on collaborating to create meaningful personal and social impact. My professional background spans strategy, operations, strategic communications and relationship management across the non-profit, public, and private sectors.
For almost a decade, I worked with a prominent Canadian global development organization, where I led teams and partnered with corporate and community leaders, senior volunteers, donors and sponsors to design and develop large-scale national public engagement initiatives and campaigns that raised funds, fostered partnerships, and inspired engagement on global issues. Together we mobilized tens of thousands of Canadians to help improve quality of life and build a future in which we all thrive together.
While I am driven by creating large-scale social impact, I believe this starts with personal transformation. Whether an individual, a team, or an organization, we are microcosms of the broader world, and real growth happens from the inside out. By illuminating and activating our own potential, we amplify our impact in every area of life, creating a ripple effect of change. Coaching provides a powerful space to explore and ignite this transformation.
